We encourage everyone to send their Christmas parcels as early as possible and before the cut-off dates so we can get them there on time.

Items sent after these dates will be delivered as quickly as possible, but they may not arrive until after Christmas.

Sending by International Economy Sea Mail

Sea Mail is our cheapest overseas delivery option, but takes the longest. To give your Christmas deliveries the best chance of arriving on time send as early as you can and by the cut-off dates.

If you’ve missed the cut-off date for your destination, we suggest using International Express or International Standard.

Please note:

  • Overseas Christmas deliveries may be affected by factors that are beyond our control, such as customs delays and overseas postal disruptions, so we suggest sending as early as you can. For the latest information on delays and disruptions, please read our international updates.
  • Cut-off dates are based on posting over the counter by the last advertised mail closing time at Post Offices in the Sydney metropolitan area. If posted outside this area, please post earlier than the cut-off dates.
