Audio: Kelly: This service opened up convenience for people in rural Tasmania and, I suppose, rural areas all over Australia, where they don't have to think about planning to go in to get their money out or doing any banking services. They can do it when they're coming in to the post office. This is a service that we're gonna be able to deliver to our customers continuously.

Audio: Russell Oh, Bank@Post is a really great service. I didn't know it was there for years and then Kelly just mentioned it to me. What we had been doing was heading up to Kingston, which is about...50-kilometre round trip just to go and put a deposit in the bank, which was crazy. So inefficient. And since I started using Kelly for banking at the post office, fantastic! Money goes in instantly. Shows up in the account straightaway. It's a great service.

Please note: Our Post Offices cannot accept cheques issued by financial institutions that have discontinued cheque services.
