Get started with guided support

Step 1: Register online

 Have your Australia Post charge account number or MyPost Business customer number ready. 

Complete the registration form and select “Domestic Collections Widget or API integration”.

Our eCommerce support team will respond within 1–3 business days.

Step 2: Set up collection points at checkout

Once your request is approved, you’ll receive the credentials and technical guides for your chosen method. 

One of our eCommerce Integration Specialists will guide you through setup and answer technical questions. 

Step 3: Check it works before going live

Send us two test shipping labels. We’ll check the collection point address and make sure we’ve received the customer’s email address and mobile number.
