    We'd rather not keep you waiting

    We’re getting lots of calls and long wait times are expected. If you’re worried about a late delivery, please read the following. 

    • Some parcel delvieries are being delayed due to major COVID-19 disruptions. 
    • Instead of calling for an update, we recommend our mobile app and tracking tool. They provide the most accurate and up to date info we have. 
    • If your parcel is more than 15 business days late, please lodge a late item enquiry
    • If you’ve already lodged an enquiry, please wait to hear from us. We’ll need some time to investigate but will update you as soon as we know more.
