Changes to Bank@Post Cash Exchange fees

From Thursday 1 October 2026, fees for the Bank@Post Cash Exchange service will increase to help offset the rising costs associated with ordering and delivering cash.
Changes to selected services at Australia Post

From 1 September to 31 October 2026, changes will apply to some Australia Post products and services. This includes the discontinuation of the Domestic Letter with Tracking C4 prepaid envelope online.
Delivering the 2026 Census

To support the upcoming 2026 Census on 11 August, we’ll be delivering instructions and reminder letters to Australian households from late July to early September. If you live in an area with no roadside delivery, you can collect these from your usual mail collection location such as the local Post Office.

The correct release date for this item is 16 June 2026.

Changes to purchasing gift cards – effective 26 January 2026

From Monday 26 January 2026, third-party gift cards will no longer be sold via the Australia Post online shop. Gift cards are still available for purchase at participating Australia Post outlets.
Changes to our insurance products
From 1 September 2025, we will no longer offer new policies for car, home, contents and landlord insurance. Policy renewals and NSW CTP Green Slip insurance will remain available until further notice.
Changes to Online Shop product range – effective 12 February 2025
