Ship low volume parcels to 220+ international destinations

Choose from our Courier, Express, Standard and Economy services to ship a parcel to your customer. You can send your item in an international prepaid satchel (Courier, Express and Standard only), or use your own packaging. You must include a CN23 customs form when sending a parcel overseas.

Where to lodge your business parcels

For International Express and International Standard, you can pay for and print a label online with a free MyPost Business account (including a completed customs declaration form), and post in a street posting box; or you can lodge over the counter at any Post Office.

Discounted rates for International Courier and International Economy are not offered with MyPost Business or International Contract. International Courier can only be posted to select destinations from select Post Offices only (PDF 832kb)8 and International Economy must be lodged over the counter at a Post Office.

1 MyPost Business savings bands are based on your spend on products and services over specific periods using your MyPost Business account, with certain exceptions.  Savings are calculated on standard postage rates, and apply to MyPost Business products, with certain exceptions.  For more information, read the MyPost Business Rates and Savings Guide for the spend requirements of each savings band and for a full list of MyPost Business products, including the lists of exceptions. 

2 Effective from 3 July 2023, International Courier articles to Ireland must include an Eircode. Articles without an Eircode will be returned to sender. 3 International Courier and International Economy Parcel services are not available at a discounted rate for My Post Business and International Contract customers.

4 Estimated delivery time between metro area of major cities, for items that are classified as low value and low risk that are pre-cleared through customs. Excludes time in customs if applicable and may be subject to delay due to causes outside of Australia Post’s control.
