How it works
How it works
PO Box Plus provides you with a dedicated and consistent suite address usable for your parcel deliveries. You can receive up to 50 parcels from other carriers3 within each PO Box billing year using PO Box Plus.
PO Box Plus is available as a limited introductory offer of $28 for the PO Box billing year to 31 March 20254. This allows you to have up to 50 parcels per billing year delivered to your PO Box by third-party carriers – that is, carriers other than Australia Post and StarTrack.
Once you’ve reached 50 parcels, an additional fee of $3 per parcel applies for each additional parcel you receive from a third-party carrier. This is payable on collection.
1 Fees and charges may apply to carriers other than Australia Post and StarTrack to deliver parcels to PO Box services. Carriers may pass this cost on to customers.
2 PO Box Plus is only available at participating Post Offices. PO Box Plus service is for non-business use only.
3 Size and weight limits apply. Limit of 50 third party articles per PO Box billing year. An additional fee of $3 will apply for each third-party article received with the PO Box billing year once the included allowance of 50 has been reached.
