Due to a third-party outage, we’re currently experiencing an issue with SecurePay which is impacting some customers’ ability to process transactions online. Services impacted include Online Shop, Post BillPay online, MyPost Business online, Mail Redirection Service Online, National Police Checks, PO Box Lease & Renewal online.

Our team is working hard to resolve this as quickly as possible. We apologise to any impacted customers and thank them for their patience.

Customers who need to make payments can still do so with PayPal.
