Download the AusPost app and log in or sign up to MyPost.
With a MyPost account, you can choose a Parcel Locker, track parcels,1 access other delivery options and more.
2. Choose Parcel Locker
In the app, select Account, then add a Parcel Locker location convenient to you.
Once you’ve verified your identity, your Parcel Locker address is ready to use.
At an online checkout, enter the Parcel Locker as your delivery address.
This is the personalised address that can be copied from your saved Parcel Locker addresses in the app.
4. Collect parcel
You’ll receive a notification when your parcel arrives at the Parcel Locker.
Collect it any time within the next 48 hours2 using the access code provided.

3 Terms and conditions apply. Parcels must be appropriately packed in either a prepaid satchel or a prepaid mailing box, or in a satchel with a paid postage label. Parcels must be under 16kg and no larger than 35 x 44 x 61cm in size. Letters and standard mail are not accepted. The Express Post guarantee does not apply to parcels sent using a Parcel Locker.
Fees and charges will apply to carriers other than Australia Post and StarTrack to lodge parcels under the Parcel Locker and Parcel Collect (Post Office) services. This cost may be passed on to customers. Please refer to the full terms and conditions for further details.
