Renewing and replacing your card
If your card is due to expire, we’ve got you covered. If you’ve registered your Load&Go card online and have a balance greater than $6.95, we’ll automatically send you a new card before your current one expires.
Or, if you’ve damaged or misplaced your Load&Go card, call us on 1300 665 054 and we’ll organise a replacement for you.
Your new card will be sent to you in the mail within 10 business days. You’ll also receive a letter telling you to head to your nearest participating Post Office to get your card activated.
