  • cheques from these FIs can no longer be accepted at Australia Post for the payment of accounts, such as a Post Billpay account.
  • importantly, Bank@Post cash transactions for these FIs remain available.

As the cheque industry continues to evolve, further changes may occur as financial institutions assess their cheque service strategies. We encourage you to speak to your financial institution about any change in services that may impact you.

For more information, please speak to a team member.

Please contact your:

  • financial institution or cheque drawer / issuer for assistance with cheque services and available Bank@Post services.
  • agency biller for BillPay enquiries including alternative methods of payment.
