How it works
You can provide your customers with the option to deliver to a Collect & Return location in your checkout. Simply use our widget or API to enable this.
This is suitable if you’re already using our Shipping APIs to access Parcel Post or Express Post and want an easy, out-of-the-box solution. With just a few lines of code required, you can be up and running in just a few days.
The widget allows you to add a simple search box into your existing checkout process and a map providing a list of collection locations and opening hours. Your customers can then pick their preferred location from the search results.
The selected location will be automatically populated in the delivery address fields in your checkout and you manifest your parcels as normal.
Choose this option if you’re already using our Shipping APIs to access Parcel Post or Express Post and want to customise the solution to suit your requirements.
You can use the API to retrieve the details of current locations on a daily basis and store them on your platform so they can be displayed in your own map or list format.
Your customers can then select their preferred location from your list.
