Parcel Send lets Australia Post and StarTrack accounts export CSV files of past shipments. Each CSV file can contain up to 1000 shipments.

13 months of shipment, return, and transfer records are available in Parcel Send. Records older than 13 months are archived to help keep Parcel Send running smoothly. To access older records, contact our Lodgement Support team.

Export past shipments as a CSV file

  1. Go to Past shipments (Australia Post and StarTrack).
  2. Use the search bar and filters to create a list of shipments to export.
  3. Click the Export CSV button to download your file.
    The CSV file will contain the first 1000 shipment in the list. If you need to export more than 1000 shipments, use the date filters to create multiple files separated by date.
The search bar has a date filter below it, and a search button to the right of it. To the right of the Search button is the Export CSV button.
