13 months of shipment, return, and transfer records are available in Parcel Send. Records older than 13 months are archived to help keep Parcel Send running smoothly.

You can access older records by contacting our Lodgement Support team.

Shipments, past shipments and returns (and transfers for StarTrack customers) are all searchable.

Navigate to the movement type you’d like to search through, then type your search term into the search bar. You can search by:

  • Recipient name
  • Business name
  • Customer reference number (your Reference 1)
  • Phone number
  • Email address
  • Customer suburb, state or postcode (country isn't searchable for Australia Post international shipments)
  • Connote / tracking number
  • Article ID
  • Manifest ID (StarTrack)

To filter the search by date click Filter and enter a date range, then click Search.

For past shipments, you can export a copy of your results by clicking Export CSV to the right of the search bar.
