What you'll need before you claim
To help us process your claim without delay, you'll need to have the following original documents ready:
- medical or dental reports
- police reports
- reports from your airline or transport provider, confirming your lost or delayed luggage
- any receipts or invoices (e.g. purchases) that support your claim
