Bill Lang is a business educator, coach and advisor with a passion for helping businesses achieve peak performance through individual skill development, strategy execution and capitalising on the opportunities presented by the digital transformation across all industries.

His 30 years’ experience in building better businesses across a range of industries and countries began at KPMG, McKinsey & Company and Macquarie Bank, and then in his own businesses which serve clients operating in over 50 countries.

Bill has advised governments at all levels across a range of sectors. He has advised numerous ministerial councils, including the Small Business Ministerial Council, and he was a delegate at the G20 Small Business Summit held in Australia in 2014.

He is a passionate advocate for the vital contribution small businesses make in local communities, and to the broader economy. As the Executive Director of Small Business Australia, Bill advocates for better outcomes for the small business sector so they cannot just survive, but thrive.
