Updates will be made to the OCDF, effective 16 July 2026, to ensure compliance with new regulatory requirements.
Forms prepared prior to 16 July 2026 will no longer be valid or accepted over the counter after 16 July 2026.
Online customs form unavailable for the US
The online customs declaration form is currently unavailable for sending items to the US and its overseas territories. If you're sending to these destinations, visit a Post Office where we can capture customs information for you in person.
