Activity

Your activity at a glance

You can see recent activity in your digital mailbox on the ‘Home’ screen each time you log in. This will include any bills that need to be paid, or digital mail you’ve received like a digital receipt.

See the latest bills

When you land on on your ‘Home’ screen, you’ll see ‘Bills to pay’. This shows the latest bills in order of when they need to be paid. You can pay them from here, or go to ‘Mail’ and select ‘Bills’.

New digital mail

It’s easy to spot newly arrived digital mail in your activity feed on your ‘Home’ screen. You can also check your ‘Mail’.

Bills & Documents

Incoming bills and documents

You can see if you have a new bill or document in ‘Mail’, or in the activity feed on your ‘Home’ screen. You’ll also receive an email notification for each new arrival if you choose this notification in ‘Settings’.

Tip: Access your account settings by clicking on your name in the top right hand corner of your mailbox.

Receive digital receipts

Next time you pay for something at a Post Office, ask them to send you a digital receipt. This will be stored securely in ‘Mail’.

Secure data storage

Your digital mailbox offers the highest level of online security by supporting Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). Commonly used by major banks, it involves an extra step to verify your identity – in this case a verification code you enter when you log in. You’ll set this code up the first time you log in from a new device

Everything in your digital mailbox is protected by best practice security measures including Public Key Cryptography, VeriSign Trust Seal security, daily malware scans and verified data encryption.

What does this all mean? Your information is protected and you’re the only one who can access it.
