This is Christmas made easier for you.

This year we’re boosting our staff and extending our services to help you get the most out of your Christmas.

How we're helping

We're extending our hours and delivering on weekends.

Some of our Post Offices will extend their weekday trading hours1 from 26 November until 21 December.

We’ll also be delivering on the weekends – for extra convenience - from November onwards.

We're here to make sure that you've got choices when it comes to your deliveries.

Home isn’t your only delivery address this Christmas.

Collect your parcels anytime with a 24/7 Parcel Locker, or set your preference to have your parcels left in a safe place at home. Perhaps a PO Box is the best option, or you can just get it delivered to a participating Post Office near you2.

Choose from a range of delivery choices to suit you during the busiest time of the year.

Sending gifts? Check on the status of your parcel with our online tracking tool.

Use our delivery time calculator to estimate how long your item should take to arrive.

Bought something online that’s not quite right? Learn about our parcel return options.

Christmas stamps only come around once a year, be sure to get your collectables.

Going away? We’ll safely hold your mail for you and deliver it to your home when you return.

This year we’re making the most of our unrivalled network. We’ll have extra support in the air, on the road and in our facilities to get your parcels where they need to be this Christmas.
