Shipment defaults are useful for creating shipments where the same details are used regularly. For example, a shipping method or parcel contents.

When creating new shipments, the defaults are applied to the relevant fields, but can be changed if necessary.

To create shipment defaults, go to Settings > Shipment defaults and choose either Within Australia or International.

Shipment defaults can be applied to CSV imports by going to Settings then to CSV imports.

Shipment defaults can’t be specified for individual users.

Any of these fields can have default settings applied:

Within Australia

  • Sender details
  • Send tracking emails to recipient
  • Favourite parcel
  • Parcel details
  • Shipping method

International

  • Sender details
  • Send tracking emails to recipient
  • Sender's name for customs declaration
  • Return to sender/Abandon parcel if not delivered
  • Parcel contents
  • Country of origin
  • HS tariff number
  • Parcel details
  • Transit cover value
  • Shipping method
