From 1 July 2024, our Australia Post branded Mobile and Broadband services will no longer be available in-store or online.

  • Existing 30-day prepaid mobile and monthly broadband customers can continue to renew their service until 30 June 2024.  Any renewals will remain valid until your expiry date, up to 30 July 2024.
  • Existing 365-day prepaid mobile customers can continue to use their service up until 30 June 2024. Any renewals will remain valid until your expiry date, up to 30 September 2024. Customers will be eligible to receive a refund for the expiry period remaining on their plan as at 30 September 2024.
  • Customers can transfer their service to an alternative provider before their final credit expiry date to ensure continued service. 
  • These services will be unavailable for new customers from 1 May 2024.
