A line haul vehicle travelling from Melbourne to Adelaide caught fire near Bordertown, South Australia, on 22 May. The driver is safe and there were no injuries.
The vehicle combination included two trailers. One was not impacted and continued to Adelaide. The other has been confirmed as destroyed as a result of the fire.
