Foreign currency wallets will be removed from 23 April 2026. If you hold a foreign currency balance, you can spend or transfer it to AUD by 22 April 2026, 11:59pm AEST. 

Any remaining foreign currency balance will be automatically converted to AUD from 23 April 2026, 9am AEST.

This Notice of Changes outlines the amendments made to the Australia Post Everyday Mastercard Product Disclosure Statement (PDS). These changes take effect on 23 April 2026.

Section A – General Information: Updated issuer’s contact details and corrected a spelling error.

Section A – General Information: Added a new paragraph to explain the contract for the product is with the issuer and that funds loaded onto the card are held in a segregated monies account maintained by Australia and New Zealand Banking Group.

Significant Benefits – Flexible: Removed this section.• You will no longer be able to purchase or hold multiple foreign currencies on your Everyday Card. 

Significant Benefits – Reloadable: Updated this section to reflect only Australian dollars can be reloaded. 

• Your Everyday Card is reloadable and can be reloaded with Australian Dollars multiple times within the applicable limits.   

Significant Benefits - BPAY® Load Section: Removed this section. 

• BPAY® will no longer be available as a load method for the Everyday Mastercard. 

• Your Everyday Mastercard can be loaded and reloaded at any participating Australia Post Outlets using cash or a debit card. You can continue to reload online via ‘My Account’ or the Australia Post Everyday Card app using bank transfer or debit card load.  You can also reload your card at any participating Australia Post Outlets using cash or a debit card.

Significant Benefits - Load Methods: Updated this section to reflect that only Australian dollars can be transferred.  

• Your Everyday Mastercard can be loaded and is reloadable multiple times within the applicable limits with Australian Dollars. 

Significant Risks – Foreign Exchange Fluctuations: Removed this section. 

• Foreign Exchange fluctuations will no longer apply as you will no longer be able to purchase or hold foreign currencies on your Everyday Card.

Significant Risks – Counterparty risk: Removed this section. 

• Counterparty risk is no longer applicable as the Balance you load on the Everyday Card is held in a client segregated monies account maintained by Australia and New Zealand Banking Group.

Fees and Other Costs Table: Updated the card purchase fee and card renewal fee to AUD 9.95.

• The card purchase fee (payable when you first purchase the card) and the card renewal fee (payable for a replacement card on expiry of your card) will each be charged at AUD 9.95.

Fees and Other Costs Table: Removed the reload fee (BPAY®).

• BPAY® will no longer be available as a reload payment method on your Everyday Card.

Fees and Other Costs Table: Card management fee changed to a monthly management fee of AUD 1.00 per month.

This fee is first charged approximately one month after the card is activated and then monthly on or around the same date.

Card Limits: Deleted ‘or currency equivalent’ in all relevant rows.

• You will no longer be able to purchase or hold multiple foreign currencies on your Everyday Mastercard. This means that limits on the card are reflective of Australian Dollars only. 

Card Limits: Updated the maximum cumulative balance in any 12-month period to AUD 50,000.

• The maximum cumulative balance in any 12-month period will increase from AUD 25,000 to AUD 50,000.
