Our passport and ID photos are:

  • Fast - your photos are ready in minutes, no waiting around
  • Convenient - get your photos and organise your application during the same visit
  • Compliant - no need to worry about your photos not meeting requirements
  • Handy - buy a digital copy of your photo for use in online applications

Our quality assurance guarantee

We'll make sure they meet Australian Government requirements and International Civil Aviation Organisation (ICAO) standards.

Most authorities require a photo that is less than 6 months old.

If you submit your photo to the relevant authority within the necessary timeframe, but for some reason your photos aren't accepted, just bring them back to the same post office and we'll replace them at no cost.

Want a digital copy of your photo?

Our staff at participating Post Offices can email you a digital version of your photo (in JPEG format), suitable for online applications such as New Zealand passport renewals.

Please note: This service is only available at selected Post Offices - and for an additional cost.

Pricing and payment methods

It costs $16.95 for a set of high-resolution full colour photographs, printed on quality gloss paper, or $19.95 for a printed set and an emailed digital copy.

You can pay with cash, MasterCard or Visa, or by EFTPOS.

Please note: You'll need 2 identical ID photos for an Australian or British passport application.
