  • Print your own postage labels, whenever it suits you

  • Convenient drop-off at over 20,000 Post Offices, street posting boxes and 24/7 Parcel Lockers across Australia

How it works

To get started, just sign up or log in to MyPost. Then follow the simple steps below to return your parcel.

1. Print your postage

Go to the 'Returns' section and follow the prompts to print your postage label and pay online. If you've got a return code, it's free!

2. Pack your parcel

Pack your item securely and include any returns forms your retailer has requested.

3. Send it back

Lodge your item at a Post Office or Parcel Locker. If it's small enough, you can even drop it in a street posting box.

Don't have a printer?

We'll print your label over the counter at a Post Office. Just show us the postage label on your smartphone or tablet.

Two ways to pay

Using a return code

A retailer will often cover the cost of a return package, so it's worth checking their policy before you get started.

If they do cover the cost, they'll give you a 3-character return code. Just enter this code to organise your return for free.

Paying with your MyPost account

If you don't have a return code, you can pay for the return postage through your MyPost account.
