Proof that you've returned a parcel will depend how you've sent it back for return.

- an email confirming that we’ve got it
- an email confirming it’s been delivered to the retailer.
- returns through a Free 24/7 Parcel Locker receive a lodgement track event and an email confirmation of lodgement
- returns made over the counter at a Post Office will receive a receipt and have a track event recorded.
