What you'll need

You'll need to provide details of your existing Mail Redirection or Mail Hold service (your 9 digit reference number) and your last name so that we can verify your identify.

Both business and personal customers can apply online to extend their mail redirection or holding service.

Prefer to extend your service in-store or over the phone? You can also:

  • bring your reminder letter or details of your redirection or holding service into one of our Post Offices
  • call 13 13 18 (or or + 61 1300 227 165 if you're overseas) and pay with credit card

Please note: It takes 3 full business days for your redirection to take effect, so please ensure you allow enough time.
