A MyPost card

A MyPost card gives you a quick, easy way to collect your parcels:

  • From a Post Office - simply present your card along with your SMS or email notification.
  • From a 24/7 Parcel Locker – just scan the barcode on the back of the card then enter the unique access code to open the locker.

How can you get a MyPost card?

You can apply for a MyPost card and upload your proof of identity documents online.

You can also apply and have your ID verified at a Post Office.

MyPost concession

If you’re a Federal Government concession card holder, you could also receive a reduced rate on stamps and other offers, with a MyPost Concession Account.

These are the cards that qualify:

  • Pensioner Concession Card
  • Health Care Card (all types)
  • Commonwealth Seniors Health Card
  • Department of Veterans' Affairs Card
  • Veterans' Repatriation Health Card

Here’s what you get:

  • A free booklet of 5 concession stamps when you sign up
  • A concession rate for a further 50 stamps per year
  • Discounts on Mail Hold and Mail Redirection
  • A free MyPost Concession card

To get started, just complete an application form and take your ID and Federal Government concession card to a Post Office.
