Australia Post has lodged a draft notification with the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC), proposing an increase to the Basic Postage Rate (BPR) for small letters from $1.50 to $1.70, and prices for Regular large letters, and small Priority letters, from $2.20 to $2.70.
There is no change to the price of concession stamps; a booklet of five stamps will remain at $3. And there is no change to the seasonal greeting card price, which remains at $0.65 for a small letter.

The tables below show the proposed pricing to apply from July 2025 for domestic bulk mail services.
Confirmation on these prices and the date of effect will be provided once the regulatory process is finalised
