Peak season can be a marathon, with a huge amount of orders coming in – and packages going out. So, how does a free coffee to help you power through the rush sound?

Australia Post’s Peak-me-up coffee and tea van is back, hitting the road across four states to provide a cuppa and some time out for eCommerce businesses hard at work during the busiest time of year.

Think expert baristas pouring cups of our exclusive St Ali Peak-me-up coffee blend alongside T2 teas and other drinks - helping to fuel workers across multiple locations this October and November.

We’ll be visiting business hubs in Victoria, South Australia, New South Wales and Queensland. So, whether you’re a solo business owner or part of a larger team, check our list of coffee stops and find out where and when to find us. All times listed are local.

Ready, set, sip!

For many of us, coffee helps to fuel peak performance.

Around three-quarters of coffee drinkers in Australia have at least one cup a day, with some consuming three or more.1 In FY24 alone, Australians consumed over 2.1 million sixty-kilogram bags of coffee,1 showing just how important this ritual is for so many people.

This caffeine hit can be a big help in maintaining productivity, especially during the busiest times of the year for businesses. But the Peak-me-up van isn’t just about the coffee.

“We know very well how overwhelming peak season can be for businesses because we go through it too,” says Australia Post General Manager, Enterprise Brand & Retail Marketing, Aimee Dixon.

“We really wanted to find five minutes with our customers where we can all have a quick break. It’s nice to take a breather before getting right back into it.”

It’s also about delivering a moment of support, connection and appreciation during peak season. Aimee says, “Australia has so many incredible businesses that have held up our economy and our eCommerce industry over the last year. This is one small way of saying ‘we see you and thank you’.”
