Some organisations need your signature to be witnessed by an authorised person at the time you sign their document.
Depending on the organisation's specific requirements, we may be able to witness a signature on a document for you* at one of our conveniently located Post Offices.
In most cases, our Post Office staff can certify documents as being true copies of the original document.
Whether we can certify your document depends on the criteria set by individual organisations.
