How it works

A MyPost card is a free identification card you can get when you sign up for MyPost.

It's got your name, address and MyPost number on it. So it's the only ID you need to collect your parcels.

Collecting from a Post Office

To pick up an item delivered to your Parcel Collect address, just present your MyPost card - along with your SMS or email notification - at the counter.

You can even use your MyPost card as ID when collecting items after a missed delivery.

Collecting from a Parcel Locker

Scanning your MyPost card is the easiest way to identify yourself at the Parcel Locker touchscreen.

Simply hold the QR code on back of your card under the red light beneath the touchscreen display.

Then follow the prompts to enter the unique access code we sent you. Your locker will pop open.
