Register for our Verification of Identity (VOI) service

To begin the registration process for Australia Post's VOI services, fill in the online form below. We will then forward you a Referral Agreement to sign and return to us so you can send your clients in-store to have their identities verified at one of 1,500 participating Post Offices.

After you have registered, you will also have access to the do-it-yourself VOI tool which allows you to conduct the verification of identity yourself when meeting with clients.
