Register for our Verification of Identity (VOI) service

To begin the registration process for Australia Post's VOI services, fill in the online form below. We will then forward you a Referral Agreement to sign and return to us so you can send your clients in-store to have their identities verified at one of 1,500 participating Post Offices.

After you have registered, you will also have access to the do-it-yourself VOI tool which allows you to conduct the verification of identity yourself when meeting with clients.

When you sign up for this tool you'll receive a welcome pack email with instructions for getting started with the VOI Tool.

In the interests of the privacy of your clients we'll deliver their Verification of Identity (VOI) reports to the VOI Report Portal.

We will be unable to assess your application or provide you with access to the VOI solutions without all of the personal and other information we require. Your personal information is managed in accordance with Australia Post's privacy policy.
