If you have subscribed to the SMSF Gateway Service, there is a 5-day cooling off period, during which you can cancel your subscription. To cancel your subscription, please log on to your online SMSF Gateway account and remove your fund subscription. If you are a BGL customer using Simple Fund, cancel your subscription from within the SuperStream module of Simple Fund.
If you paid for your subscription(s) online and deleted/cancelled your fund subscription(s) within the 5 day cooling off period, an automatic refund will be applied to the credit card you used to pay the subscription(s) with. This refund will either be the full order amount (if the entire order has been cancelled) or a partial amount (if only part of the order is cancelled).
If you paid for your subscription(s) at the Post Office and deleted/cancelled your fund subscription(s) within the 5 day cooling off period, you will need to go back to the Post Office where you made payment for a full refund. Only full refunds of the order can be made at the Post Office and the proof of purchase (receipt) must be supplied. If part of the order has been cancelled, please email us at superannuation@auspost.com.au so we can organise a partial refund for you.

- Your order number
- Your self-managed super fund ABN
- The email address you used to create your SMSF Gateway Service account
After the 5-day cooling off period, the subscription fee cannot be refunded.
