We’re so proud to have been recognised for the progress we’re making with our commitment to gender equity at Australia Post.

Not only have we made WORK180’s list of top 101 workplaces for women in 2026, but we’re also the winner of the 2026 WORK180 Choice Award.

The award, amongst other things, recognises our commitment to ensuring our leaders are equipped to build and lead diverse teams through the facilitation of a training program.

Nikki Duerden, involved in this progress said "The training was highly engaging, thought provoking, practical, and relevant. Knowing that we hit the mark provides the confidence that we will see the change that we're seeking to shape the future at Australia Post"
