Entries are now open for the 2026 Australia Post Online Retail Industry Awards (ORIAS).

The ORIAS are Australia’s leading eCommerce awards, celebrating Aussie businesses that are raising the bar in online retail – from customer experience and operational capability through to purpose, impact and commercial performance.

Australia Post is proud to once again support the ORIAS, helping shine a spotlight on the best of Australian eCommerce. While many well‑known brands take part each year, the awards are intentionally designed to recognise strong performance and innovation at every stage of growth, including micro, small and emerging online businesses.

The ORIAS are one of my favourite times of the year – an opportunity to celebrate the people and businesses leading the way in eCommerce.
