Transport capacity for mail and parcels to Norfolk Island is currently limited due to challenges with third-party operators and the supply chain by sea. We’ll be putting on charter flights to transport mail and parcels to Norfolk Island but expect delivery impacts to continue until Christmas.

Express Post and StarTrack Premium delays

Due to an IT incident with our air services partners overnight, which impacted the loading and unloading of parcels onto aircrafts, some Express Post and StarTrack Premium deliveries due for delivery today and tomorrow will be delayed by 1-2 additional days.  This will impact deliveries into the East Coast, Tasmania, South Australia and Central Queensland. 

We're making every effort to minimise the impact to customers and apologise for the inconvenience.
