Delays may occur due to restrictions across Greater Sydney

Parcel deliveries may be delayed due to new COVID-19 restrictions across Sydney’s Northern Beaches and greater metropolitan area. We’ve put in place additional safety measures to protect our people and customers – and these may affect delivery times given the record-high parcel volumes currently being processed. European deliveries are being affected by increased COVID-19 restrictions across several countries. These include France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Slovenia, Belgium, Luxembourg and Greece. Items sent to these countries may be delayed as a result.
