Inbound and outbound international deliveries in Victoria, Tasmania and South Australia may be delayed due to a COVID-19 disruption at our Melbourne Gateway facility.

Parcel tracking services – scheduled maintenance

Parcel tracking will be unavailable from Saturday 25 September 11pm to Sunday 26 September 5am (AEST). During this time, you won't be able to track parcels using our mobile app or website tracking tool.

Delivery suspended to multiple countries

All deliveries to Bangladesh, India, Indonesia, Korea, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines and Taiwan are temporarily suspended. Parcel deliveries to Ireland are also suspended but letter services continue.

Major delays for deliveries to China and Thailand

Parcel delivery to China and Thailand is currently delayed due to limited flight availability for items sent from 21 September 2021. We continue to send letters and parcels to these destinations, though delays should be expected.

Christmas and Cocos Islands – ongoing delays expected

Current transport disruptions are expected to cause ongoing delays. We’ve secured additional air freight capacity, but this weekend’s flight has been cancelled due to flight crew illness.
