How to place a bulk order
1. Complete bulk order form
Download the bulk order form (PDF 107kB) and choose the number and values of cards you need. Cards are available in $50, $100, $200 and $500 values, with a minimum order of 16 cards.
2. Submit order
Email the completed form to auspostgift@mastercard.com. The Bulk Orders team will contact you within 2 business days to confirm your order details.
If this is your first order, you’ll need to complete identity verification to meet regulatory requirements. Orders over $5,000 may also require Know Your Business (KYB) verification.
3. Make payment
Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive an invoice that includes a $5.95 purchase fee for each card. Payment is available by electronic funds transfer only. We’ll process your order once payment has been received.
Your complete order will be delivered to one nominated address. Individual cards cannot be delivered directly to recipients.
4. Receive confirmation and activation
Once delivery is confirmed, your cards will be activated and ready to gift to employees, customers or business partners.
All gift cards are valid for three years from the sale date.

Authorisations may be declined at some merchants (such as gambling merchants or merchants who choose not to accept Mastercard Prepaid cards). We are not liable in any way when authorisation is declined for any particular transaction except where the authorisation has been declined because of an act or omission on our part. The card can be used for purchasing goods and services where Mastercard Prepaid cards are accepted for electronic transactions (excluding transactions at ATMs or over the counter at financial institutions).
When using the Card with some merchants (such as hotels, taxis, rental cars, restaurants and cruise ships) or for mail order purchases, Card "tolerance limits" may apply. This means that the authorisation or approval obtained on the Card can be for an amount up to 20% or more than the total bill (or anticipated bill) to cover additional items such as tips and incidentals or to ensure that adequate funds are available to cover the final purchase. The entire amount of the authorisation or approval will be debited and will not form part of the available balance until the authorisation or approval clears, although only the amount actually spent or authorised will be finally deducted from the available balance after the authorisation or approval clears.
