Technical issue affecting OTPs

We’re aware of a technical issue affecting the delivery of one-time passcodes (OTPs) for some customers when attempting to login to the mobile app.

This is due to a compatibility issue between some email providers and recent security updates to the app.

If you’re not receiving your OTP, please try the steps below while we work to fix the issue:

  1. Uninstall and reinstall the app
  2. Log in via My Account online and update your email address to a non-Apple email (for example, Gmail or Outlook)
  3. Once updated, try logging in again using the reinstalled app

If the issue continues, please repeat the uninstall/reinstall process.

If you’re still unable to access the app, contact Card Services on 1800 549 718 for assistance.

Thank you for your patience.
