Extreme weather delays in Queensland and New South Wales
11 April 2025
Heavy rainfall and flooding in several parts of Queensland and New South Wales are impacting our mail and parcel networks, resulting in some delivery delays. This may impact areas including Thargomindah, Alpurrurulam, Urandangi, Doomadgee, Mt Isa, Mungindi and surrounding areas in New England.
The safety of our people and the community is our priority and we’re continuing to monitor the conditions. Thanks for your patience.
To track parcels and get updates about impacts to the network, download the AusPost app. Some Post Offices may also be closed. Please check our Post Office Locator for the most up-to-date opening hours.
