General disruptions and updates

20 January 2025: We’re currently experiencing an issue with International Standard parcel tracking services via our website and the AusPost app.

This means some customers are unable to track some of their International Standard parcels being delivered to and from Australia. We’re working hard to resolve this as quickly as possible. There is no impact to parcel processing or delivery.

In the meantime, affected customers can track their parcels via the destination country’s postal service websites where available. Thank you for your patience.
