On 1 July 2024, we’re increasing prices for the following retail products and services:
- Domestic parcels
- International parcels and letters
- Unaddressed Mail services
- Mail Redirection and Mail Hold services
- Local Pickup and Delivery
The Extra Cover offer available to MyPost Business customers will increase.
Importantly, there is no change to the Basic Postage Rate (domestic stamps).
Competition Mail, and the Separate Bag service and Key Return service offered in Post Offices, will no longer be available.
The pricing for all of our retail products and services is set out in our Post Charges guide (PDF 979kB). The Post Charges guide will be updated on 1 July 2024.

MyPost Business Extra Cover
The Extra Cover offer available to MyPost Business customers will increase from a saving of 33.3% to 40%.

Local Pickup and Delivery
Where total distance travelled is up to 15km (per trip):
- Scheduled delivery or pickup services start from $15
- Scheduled delivery service with same time pickup from $15
- Ad hoc deliveries or pickups start from $16, inclusive of a $1 admin fee
- Combined services (for example, scheduled morning delivery and scheduled afternoon pickup) from $26
- Consolidated services (clearing multiple PO Boxes and delivering to a single address) start from $90.
Where distance travelled is more than 15km, a surcharge of $1.25 per additional kilometre applies per service, for all services.
