Changes to National Police Check services

From 30 September 2023, changes will be made to the National Police Check services available at Australia Post.

These changes include:

• The over-the-counter paper-based National Police Check application service will no longer be available from 1 October 2023.
• The start online, finish in-store transaction will be withdrawn online on 30 September 2023 however applications submitted online can be completed in-store until 31 October 2023.
• The Workforce Verification start online, finish in-store transaction will be withdrawn online on 31 October 2023; however, applications submitted online can be completed in-store until 30 November 2023.
• The International Police Check online only service will no longer be available from 1 October 2023.
