After careful consideration, Australia Post discontinued sales of Australia Mobile and Broadband products and services on 1 July 2024. Please note the following service expiry dates.

  • All 30 day / monthly services (mobile and broadband) expired on 30 July 2024.
  • All 365-day prepaid mobile plans expired on 30 September 2024.  These customers are eligible for a pro-rata refund for any remaining balance on their plan.
  • If you are eligible for a refund for time remaining on a 365-day prepaid mobile plan, please call 13 POST (13 76 78) to arrange payment. Please have your service number ready when you call.
  • Australia Post Mobile and Broadband customers were advised of the service terminations on 1 May 2024.
