Australia Post Mobile and Broadband products and services

As of 1 July 2024, Australia Post discontinued sales of its Australia Post Mobile and Broadband products and services.

Customers with a 365-day Mobile Plan were able to use this service until its closure on 30 September 2024, with a pro rata refund available to eligible customers for the remaining balance of their plan.

All 30-day Mobile Plan and monthly Broadband Plan services expired on 30 July 2024. Customers with either of these plans were not eligible for a refund.

365-day Mobile Plan customers

Eligible 365-day Mobile Plan customers should contact Australia Post on 13 POST (13 76 78) to claim your pro rata refund for the remaining balance of your plan.

To assist us in processing your refund request, please have the following account details ready for our team:

  • Mobile number of the Australia Post 365-day Mobile Plan
  • Australia Post 365-day Mobile Plan registrant’s name

Further information to have handy:

  • Australia Post 365-day Mobile Plan registrant’s billing address
