  • The van will visit Business Centres across VIC, NSW and QLD.
  • Both morning and afternoon visits are available in selected locations.

What is the Australia Post Peak-Me-Up Van?

The Peak-Me-Up Van is a travelling coffee experience created by Australia Post to support businesses during peak season.

The van visits busy business locations throughout October and November, offering complimentary coffee and a chance for business owners and team members to take a short break during one of the busiest periods of the year.

Why is peak season important for Australian businesses?

For many businesses, peak season represents the biggest sales opportunity of the year.

However, increased demand can also bring challenges, including:

  • Managing a higher volume of customer orders
  • Maintaining delivery performance
  • Preparing inventory and fulfilment operations
  • Meeting customer expectations during major retail events
  • Balancing growing workloads across teams

Planning ahead can help businesses reduce disruption and make the most of increased sales opportunities during the holiday shopping period.

More than just a coffee stop

The Peak-Me-Up Van isn’t just about caffeine.

It’s a chance for businesses to take a short break, grab a coffee and have a casual chat with Australia Post Account Managers about what’s top of mind ahead of peak season.

Visitors can talk through topics like:

  • How to prepare their business for peak season
  • Shipping, delivery and fulfilment considerations
  • Ways to keep customers informed during busy periods
  • Questions about Australia Post services and support
  • Practical ideas to help operations run more smoothly when demand increases

Think of it as a quick pit stop before the sales rush begins.

Supporting the people behind every parcel

Every peak season, thousands of Australian businesses work long hours to keep customers happy and orders moving.

From warehouse teams and fulfilment staff to customer service representatives and business owners, there’s a lot of work happening behind the scenes.

The Peak-Me-Up Van is a small way of recognising that effort and saying thank you to the people helping Australia’s eCommerce industry thrive.

“We know how much work businesses put into preparing for peak season,” says Australia Post General Manager, Enterprise Brand & Retail Marketing, Aimee Dixon.
