Group Chief Financial Officer

Craig Roberts is a global executive with more than 30 years of experience leading finance, operations, and large scale transformation across Europe, Africa, Asia, and the Middle East. He brings deep expertise in operational excellence, digitalisation, strategic growth, and financial leadership developed through a distinguished international career. 

Craig joined Australia Post as Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in February 2026, bringing with him extensive experience in logistics and supply chain management, including nearly three decades in senior leadership positions with DHL. His career includes serving as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and CFO across multiple DHL regions, where he delivered multi billion dollar growth outcomes, led profitability turnarounds, and established high impact joint ventures in complex markets. 

Prior to joining Australia Post, Craig served as CEO of ASMO, a joint venture between DHL and Aramco, based in Saudi Arabia. Previously he held several executive finance roles within DHL Supply Chain, including CFO for Australia & New Zealand and CFO for Australia, New Zealand and Life Sciences APAC. Earlier roles across Singapore, Australia, and South Africa strengthened his grounding in commercial finance, governance, and operational performance.
