These Terms and Conditions are 'Additional Terms' (as defined in the MyPost Account Terms of Use) that apply to MyPost Business customers’ integration with eCommerce partners who have integrated with the MyPost Business platform. They are supplementary to the MyPost Account Terms of Use, the Online Sending Terms & Conditions and the Australia Post Terms and Conditions (PDF 1.04MB).
Except where a word or phrase is defined below, all words or phrases have the same meaning as set out in the MyPost Account Terms of Use, the Australia Post Terms and Conditions (PDF 1.68MB), or the Online Sending Terms & Conditions.
1.1 Integration with eCommerce partners may only be done with eCommerce partners who have a verified integration with the MyPost Business Platform. By integrating with such eCommerce partners under these terms & conditions, you can access your MyPost Business Send and Save banded savings, and Parcels consigned with your eCommerce partner will automatically be included in your MyPost Business Account and count towards your Savings Band Level under Australia Post’s Send and Save Program.
1.2 Subject to applying in the manner required, Australia Post will provide you with an access credential whether in the form of a password, digital password, security token or other digital security key or code supplied by Australia Post (“Access Credential”) along with instructions on how to integrate with your Platform Partner. You must follow all instructions provided through our on-boarding process to access the Platform Partner integration services under these terms and conditions. Australia Post retains full ownership and control of the Access Credential, including all intellectual property rights. You are granted licence rights, solely for the purpose of and to the extent necessary to use the services under these terms and conditions.
2.1 Under the MyPost Account Terms of Use, you are solely responsible for all activities that occur through the use of your MyPost Business Account by you or any person acting on your behalf. This includes all transactions that are processed or conducted through your MyPost Business Account and also the eCommerce partner or partners with whom you have integrated.
2.2 You must keep secure the Access Credential provided to you. You will be responsible for any misuse or loss of the Access Credential, and you must inform us of any unauthorised access or if it is lost or destroyed.
2.3 You must keep secure, and must not share, any login details (username and password) for your MyPost Business Account, and you must not share your login details with your eCommerce partner. If you become aware of any unauthorised access or use of your MyPost Business Account, you must let us know immediately. You will remain solely responsible for all transactions conducted through your MyPost Business Account including both transactions made directly and those made via your eCommerce partner during any period of unauthorised access.
3.1 You are required to provide valid credit card details for payment when trading with an eCommerce partner.
3.2 Australia Post will have no responsibility for any labels which are created when Parcels are consigned via your eCommerce partner. We reserve the right to review and correctly charge any Parcels consigned by you that have not been accurately declared or which have not been correctly labelled.
3.3 The full range of Australia Post Products and Services available through your MyPost Business dashboard may not be available through your nominated eCommerce partner or partners, and the availability of MyPost Business products and services through your eCommerce partner is at the discretion of the verified eCommerce partner.
4.1 Australia Post has the right to suspend or terminate your use of the eCommerce partner integration services provided under these terms and conditions with immediate effect by written notice, if it suspects on reasonable grounds any breach of these terms and conditions, any fraud, unlawful use or misuse of your Access Credential.
