Making returns easy

Did you know that you can return your parcels at any time that’s convenient for you, day or night?

With over 20,000 drop off locations Australia wide, including Post Offices, Free 24/7 Parcel Lockers and Street Posting Boxes, you can find a convenient location that suits your schedule.

How to prepare your parcel for return:

1. Read your retailer's return policy

Your retailer may have provided instructions, otherwise try checking their website for their return policy.

If your item meets their requirements, you’re good to go.

2. Pack and label your item

Your retailer may have supplied a prepaid return label, or instructions on how to buy or download one.

If not, you can purchase a prepaid label or satchel at a Post Office. If your item is under 5kg and you're sending within Australia, you can pay flat postage rates based on size with our If It Packs, It Posts packaging range.

3. Drop your parcel off

Simply drop your parcel off at a convenient Street Posting Box, Post Office or Free 24/7 Parcel Locker.

There are over 20,000 drop off points Australia wide. And remember, you can access over 15,000 of these 24/7.
