Simply find a Post Office that works for you1, update your alternative delivery address in your MyPost account and use this address when shopping online.
How it works
1. Find a Post Office
Search for a Post Office location that works for you, then select 'Use for deliveries'.
Once you've verified your personal details, the location will be added as an alternative delivery address in your MyPost account.
2. Shop online
At the online checkout, enter your Parcel Collect address in place of your regular delivery address.
3. Collect your parcel
We’ll send you an SMS and email when your parcel arrives.
Stop by in the next 10 business days to collect it. Just show your email or SMS – plus your ID – to our staff at the counter.
Tips for online shoppers
Prefer checking out with PayPal? You can add the Parcel Collect address to your account settings, just like any other address.
Parcel Collect is about flexibility – temporary, alternative addresses. So you can use as many different Post Offices as you like. Change it up. Whatever works for you.
