Simply find a Post Office that works for you1, update your alternative delivery address in your MyPost account and use this address when shopping online.

How it works

1. Find a Post Office

Search for a Post Office location that works for you, then select 'Use for deliveries'.

Once you've verified your personal details, the location will be added as an alternative delivery address in your MyPost account.

2. Shop online

At the online checkout, enter your Parcel Collect address in place of your regular delivery address.

3. Collect your parcel

We’ll send you an SMS and email when your parcel arrives.

Stop by in the next 10 business days to collect it. Just show your email or SMS – plus your ID – to our staff at the counter.

Tips for online shoppers

Fees and charges will apply to carriers other than Australia Post and StarTrack to lodge parcels under the Parcel Locker and Parcel Collect (Post Office) services. This cost may be passed on to customers. At participating Parcel Collect Post Offices. Trading hours may vary.

You have 10 business days to collect your parcel once it has arrived at a Parcel Collect (Post Office) location. Post Offices will accept parcels up to 22kg and not greater than 105cm in one dimension. Letters and standard mail that can be delivered to your letterbox, including Express Post letters, will not be accepted. Please refer to the full terms and conditions for further details.
Please note: Australia Post will accept domestic and international parcels from other carriers to our Parcel Collect locations, if those parcels have been lodged by the carriers as Australia Post articles addressed to the recipient’s Parcel Collect address. To lodge parcels into our network, carriers must pay Australia Post for the service. StarTrack is a subsidiary of Australia Post, and parcels carried by StarTrack will be accepted for delivery to Parcel Collect locations.
If there are special conditions regarding the postal service you use, these will still need to be observed (e.g. two forms of photo identification to collect your parcel).
