On Demand expansion

From July 2026, we’ll be expanding our On Demand service across 372 new suburbs in 68 postcodes.

New suburbs added to On Demand service 

From 1 July 2026, we’ll be expanding our On Demand service across 372 new suburbs in 68 postcodes across Queensland, Victoria, New South Wales, Tasmania and the Australian Capital Territory.  

Collections are now available from the Sunshine Coast on our On Demand Afternoon service and builds upon last year’s expansion into the region.  

Delivery times and service availability 

On Demand services in the new areas operate through the following: 

  • On Demand Afternoon, with deliveries between 1pm and 5pm, and  
  • On Demand Tonight, with deliveries between 6pm and 9pm.

Toowoomba trial 

We’ll also be trialling On Demand Afternoon deliveries into Toowoomba, Queensland from 1 July to 30 September 2026. This trial will allow merchants to deliver freight to Toowoomba during the On Demand Afternoon delivery window. At the conclusion of this trial, this zone will close.  

Pricing for the new regions is based on zone based rates and will be provided when a request is raised via your Account Manager. Additional linehaul charges may apply for collections outside metro areas and are assessed on a case by case basis, with final pricing confirmed before service commencement.  

What you need to do 

To prepare for the expanded service areas from 1 July 2026, ensure your API integration and shopping cart are updated with the new regions and pricing once provided by your Account Manager.  When shipping to multiple regions within the same state, parcels must be separated into bags by region. This process is referred to as shallow sorting.  To set up a new collection point or request rates for delivery to the new regions, please speak with your Account Manager.
