On Thursday 5 October 2023, Australia Post Cash Passport™ Platinum Mastercard and Multi-Currency Cash Passport cards have been closed. These cards are no longer valid and will not be accepted.

Australia Post Load&Go reloadable Visa cards are no longer valid and will not be accepted.
If you have a Load&Go card with remaining credit, you’ll be able to access the unused funds, provided it was registered. Just download and complete the balance redemption form (PDF 236kB).
